But sometimes we want to edit our photos- crop them, change their orientation or anything else- before posting them on social media sites like Instagram or Facebook.

How to Change a Picture from Portrait to Landscape in Paint?
To change a picture from portrait to landscape in Paint, first open the image with Ctrl + O. Now right-click on the image and click on “Format Picture…” In the window that opens up, you will see two boxes in the “Size” section. Click on the box that says “Horizontal,” and change the width to 100%. The height will automatically be changed too so you don’t need to worry about it. Now click “OK” at the bottom of this window. Your picture should now appear in landscape, rather than portrait!
Here is how you change the orientation of an image from portrait mode to landscape mode:
1. Open up Microsoft Paint, and select File > New… 2. On the new window that pops up, select “Portrait” under Orientation, then click OK. 3. Select what you want your picture to be cropped like (4×6 inches or some other size), and click OK again. 4. Go back into File > New… 5.
